Invitation to Men In Motion’s breakfast on March 29, 2014. Men In Motion is a KW-based ministry aimed toward sharing the Good News with men in the K-W area. They reach men through a non-threatening environment of food and fellowship, i.e. men’s breakfasts. Their next breakfast is on Saturday, March 29, 2014 at 8:00 am. Men, invite a friend or family member to Angie’s Kitchen (Erb Street, St Agatha) for a fabulous breakfast, friendly conversation, and to hear guest speaker, Ted Nellis. This event was originally scheduled for Jan 25 but was rescheduled to March 29 due to a snowstorm.
Ted Nellis is the author of the biographical book “Journey to Redemption: Small-time pool hustler.” Convicted bank robber. Born again Christian. In addition to writing and holding down a full time job, Ted is a licensed minister, speaker and ministry leader. He is also a husband, father and grandfather with a past as colorful as a Fall landscape. Ted owned and operated a successful janitorial business for 25 years. He is also a convicted bank robber, pool room hustler and street kid. Ted knows the struggle of living life with a hangover and did so for two decades. He quit drinking “cold turkey” when he accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Saviour. His first book, Journey to Redemption, was released in the summer of 2013.
Sharing in music ministry will be Tim Harden and his grandson Josiah Harden.
Contact Gerd Warkus of Westheights Church for tickets. Only $10 per person, which includes a full breakfast, taxes and gratuity, and an inspiring message.
