For those of us who have lived through the two Kitchener snowstorms this past week, these pictures are just a bitter reminder of the hours of back-breaking shovelling we’ve had to endure while our missions team slaved in the 33+ blazing heat of Nicaragua, building a church, changing lives and being transformed themselves by the new relationships they’ve been fostering. Hmm, where would you rather be? To our Westheights missions team, we miss you and hope you enjoy these photos of the lovely weather you’re missing here in Kitchener! (P.S. Thanks to our intrepid photographers, Cyndy Cober and Doug Braun!)
Hey, it is not easy serving God in this blistering heat in Nicaragua 🙂
lol thanks to all the reponsible parties for posting these. It is really great to see pictures from home! The piles of all that clean white stuff are beautiful. It helps us to remember all our loved ones back home and I cooled off a couple of degrees just looking at them.
Best regards,
Karl
ps I hope the snow blower was working.
