Happy Friday, Westheights! One of the things that Pastor Terry (Kreutzkamp) misses is leading singing with the kids on Sunday mornings, so this weekend we are incorporating a song that our kids would know (complete with actions) in this Sunday’s online worship package. So parents, please make sure your kids are close by because they won’t want to miss this.
1. PHOTO CHALLENGE
We think that the time is right to reboot our photo challenge! This week we are asking you to send in a picture from your camera roll that shows what you’ve been up to this summer. Maybe it’s a cute selfie, maybe it’s a new place you visited, somewhere you travelled to…. someone fun with whom you had a creative distant visit (but be sure you get your guest’s permission before you send in your photo). We’d love to see what you’ve been up to. Send it to joshmutter@westheights.org by Wednesday August 12th.
2. VIRTUAL FOYER
This Sunday we are once again having a virtual foyer by using Zoom so that we can see and say “hi” to one another after the service. To join in right after this Sunday’s service, simply click this link. If you aren’t set up with Zoom yet, we recommend that you click on the link and set things up before Sunday.
