The sanctuary will be opened Sunday, November 17th from 6:30-9:30pm for anyone needing a quiet, reflective space to just be. For those who have been to our Reset Retreats, the sanctuary space will feel very similar — the lights will be dim and quiet music will be playing.
When you arrive, there will be a table in the foyer where you can sign in and grab reflective questions – if you so desire to have some, there’s no requirement to use them. This space is to rest, and be, and pray. You can bring your Bible and/or journal if that is fitting for you – come with nothing if that feels more restful. If you would like someone to pray with you, there will be someone in the Peace Lounge. We ask if the door is closed, that you wait until it’s opened to have your turn.
This time is a drop-in style – come for however long you want during the time, whenever you want to stop by. Invite friends or family who may also need this space. Please note: children who understand the idea of reflective quiet spaces are welcome, but we ask that they are accompanied by a guardian.
When you leave, please remember to sign out – this helps us keep track of who is in the building in this quiet setting.
