Calling all Chili Enthusiasts!

Whether you enjoy making chili or eating it, join us on Sunday, January 25th from 4:30–6:30pm for our 9th Annual Chili Cook-Off! It’s a fun, cozy winter event—perfect for warming up, sharing good food, and connecting with each other. Plus, you get to help crown our 2026 Chili Cook-Off Champion.

Want to Cook?

We’re looking for chili makers of all kinds—no expertise required! Maybe you’ve got a family recipe, or maybe you’ll find one online the day of (past winners have!). All chili’s must come in a slow cooker. If you need to borrow one, contact Cindy Jantzi at eventsteam@westheights.org. Sign up by January 22nd using this form.

Want to Weigh In?

Everyone is invited to taste, enjoy, judge and vote—kids, adults, eaters of all taste buds and comfort level – all are welcome. Even the cooks get to be judges!

Come for free food, easy conversation starters (we all have thoughts to share about chili), and a memorable night of connecting. We’ll also have table games for those who prefer to mingle that way.

Event Set Up Appreciated!

If you’re free to help set-up, please come at 3:00pm. You can connect with Cindy Jantzi.
