Message by Dr. Christin Taylor – March 29, 2026
Mark 13 (NIV) “As Jesus was leaving the temple, one of his disciples said to him, “Look, Teacher! What massive stones! What magnificent buildings!”…”
Big idea: The powers of this world are loud, but Jesus has the final word.
What looks immovable to us, in Jesus’s kingdom is already passing away.
What Jesus speaks, comes true!
“The context of Mark 13 is crystal clear. It is about the destruction of the temple that was standing in Jesus’s day. In other words, the prophecy has already been fulfilled.” Ken Schenck
What Jesus Said Came True!
- The temple destroyed
- Wars and rumours of wars
- Earthquakes
- Famines
- Abomination of desolation
- False Messiahs
- This generation won’t pass away
God speaks from the cross: “I will come and face your giants for you.”
The world is loud, but Jesus on the cross speaks louder than all of them.
