The Great Thrift Shopping Escape

Thrift shopping is always better with friends! Join us for a little adventure with women who will cheer on your finds and make you feel right at home. We’ll be visiting four different thrift stores and sharing lunch together, making space for real conversation, lots of laughter, and a genuine sense of belonging.
Even if you’ve never stepped into a thrift store or it feels a bit outside your comfort zone—you belong here. From the car ride conversations to the “you have to try this on!” moments, this day is designed to help you build shared memories and new friendships.
THE DETAILS
Who: Open to all women at Westheights (18+)
What: A day of thrifting!
When: Saturday, March 21 | We depart together from the Westheights parking lot at 9:00 AM and will return by 4:00 PM.
Where: We will be visiting four shops: Thrift on Kent, New Hamburg Thrift Centre, Millbank Thrift Centre, and MCC Thrift & Gift.
Lunch: We will be stopping for lunch at Anna Mae’s in Millbank.
Cost: Participants are responsible for the cost of their own lunch and any thrift purchases.
