Finding Out About Service Cancellation: Winter Edition
During the winter months, we may have need to cancel our Sunday morning worship service due to severe weather. Out of concern for our many volunteers who need to make their way to service early in potentially hazardous road conditions, we will make the decision regarding whether to cancel the service by 8:00 am on that Sunday morning. In the event of severe weather, we will keep you informed in several ways:
- Website (westheights.org) – We will post on our main page that it’s been cancelled – it will direct you to this page, which will be updated with more information.
- Westheights Phone (519-741-1986) – If the service is cancelled, the main greeting on our church phone answering service will give this information.
- Email – If you are on our email list and currently receive our Westheights Weekly emails, you’ll receive an emailed notification. If you don’t currently receive our Westheights Weekly emails, click here to opt in to receive our emails.
