For all of our worship ministry volunteers and their families! Now that fall has arrived, we are looking forward to kicking off the year with our Worship Ministry BBQ on Sunday Sept 19.
Whether you are an on-stage musician or keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes in projection and sound, you are a highly valued member of this team. Join us as we reconnect, share some great food, and discuss our plans and vision for the coming year.
WHEN: Sunday Sept 19 (arrive 12:30pm, eat 1pm)
WHERE: home of Jenn and Terry Wiens
WHO: you and your family
WHAT TO BRING:
1) salad or dessert
2) lawn chairs
3) ball gloves / bats if interested in ball game
There will be lots of fun stuff for the children: kids trampoline, sandbox, swingset for young kids, etc. There is also a park nearby with a playground and ball fields.
After lunch we will have a meeting for all worship ministry volunteers, where I’ll share my vision and goals for this ministry, as well as plans for the coming year.
