Come together, have fun and encourage one another to reach our goals of losing weight, getting more toned, and eating healthier. Become healthier in body, mind and spirit. There are different levels of exercise available for the beginner, and the more advanced. If you think you know exercise, then join us and be surprised.  You will actually have fun and lose weight at the same time!

This class is free and flexible as to what the majority of women want and need. Although it is not recommended, you are welcome to come for one portion and not another.  Each portion is important in reaching your goal.

For the first class, please bring a workbook/notebook, clothes to exercise in, comfortable shoes, and a water bottle.  Classes will take place downstairs in FK Central at Westheights Church.

Our schedule is as follows below:

Mondays – Women’s Accountability

9:30   –  10:00 a.m.    Weigh-in (only if interested in accountability); check in and prayer requests

10:00  –  10:20  Beginner’s workout and advanced warm ups

10:30  –  10:50  Advanced workouts

Wednesdays – Faith

9:30  –  10:00 a.m.    Bible Study “It Begins With Christ”

10:00 – 10:20    Beginner’s workout and advanced warm ups

10:30  –  10:50  Advanced workouts

Fridays – Fit

9:30  –  10:00 a.m.    Nutritional aspects with Speakers from the community (Cancer, care, nutrition)

10:00 – 10:20    Beginner’s workout and advanced warm ups

10:30  –  10:50  Advanced workouts

Children are welcome, but childcare is only available during Wednesday morning bible studies.
