Come together, have fun and encourage one another to reach our goals of losing weight, getting more toned, and eating healthier. Become healthier in body, mind and spirit. There are different levels of exercise available for the beginner, and the more advanced. If you think you know exercise, then join us and be surprised.  You will actually have fun and lose weight at the same time!

This class is free and flexible as to what the majority of women want and need.

Please bring a workbook/notebook, clothes to exercise in, comfortable shoes, and a water bottle.  Classes will take place downstairs in FK Central at Westheights Church.

Children are welcome, but childcare is not provided.
