Ministry leaders: Spirit-empowered leadership of the church’s ministries is crucial for effective outreach.
“Pray like this, Our Father in heaven, may your name be kept holy. May your Kingdom come soon. May your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today the food we need, and forgive us our sins, as we have forgiven those who sin against us. And don’t let us yield to temptation, but rescue us from the evil one. ‘If you forgive those who sin against you, your heavenly Father will forgive you. But if you refuse to forgive others, your Father will not forgive your sins.”

Preparation
• Praise God for who He is
• Confess your sinfulness and need for cleansing
• Allow His Spirit to draw you near
• Listen as He speaks to you
Requests
• Fill each leader with the Holy Spirit
• Surround each leader and his family with His protecting angels
• Give each leader a deep thirst for the things of God
• Give each leader a vision for what He wants their ministry to accomplish
• Raise up others to engage in the ministries of your church
• Help every leader understand the important role they have in the church’s ministry
• Give every leader the wisdom they need to serve God faithfully in their ministry
