Welcome! This is the blog site where we will be posting all of the content for the 40 Day Spiritual Adventure called CONNECT. If you are thinking, this site looks familiar, you are right. This site intentionally looks like Facebook … the world’s largest online community. It is our hope that you will experience some offline “community” at Westheights church during the 40 Days of CONNECT. We believe in community at our church … in fact it is our middle name.
During the 40 days of Lent we will be offering many different experiences, resources and opportunities to the people in our church with the goal that we will know each other in a more significant way.
Look around the website and access the resources to help you grow deeper in your spiritual life. Take note of the three big events that will be happening during the 40 days. I look forward to hearing back from you. Use the power of a blog and leave us your comments. We would love to hear from you.

During the 40 Day Spiritual Adventure, I encourage you to take the CONNECT Challenge. Wondering what the CONNECT challenge is? Click on the link at the left if you are interested. It’s a game that is designed to help us get to know each other better. Add some purpose to the Coffee Connection and Supper Seven and get to know some new people. Then come back to the blog and play the CONNECT Challenge and see how many people you know.
During CONNECT the Sunday morning sermon notes will have lots of extra resources included in them. All of the resources will also be available here at the CONNECT blog so even if you miss a Sunday drop by the blog for latest information and resources.
