In an earlier article, we showed how you could have Westheights Events automatically displayed within your own Google Calendar on an on-going basis. This article shows how you can remove any such added external calendars from your Google Calendar.

Removing an External Calendar

Here are the instructions to use if you are using Google Calendar (other calendars have similar capabilities):

  1. Login to your Google Calendar (using or your normal login address)
  2. Near the bottom of your left margin (beside the “Add” link), click the link called “Settings”.
  3. Scroll down to the “Other Calendars” heading.
  4. Click the “Unsubscribe” link beside the calendar category that you wish to remove. It will ask for confirmation.

That’s it. Repeat the last step for each calendar category that you wish to remove from your calendar view.
