This fall, we will begin collecting recipes for a 2011-2012 Westheights Cookbook which will be made available before Christmas this year. We ask that you start thinking about tried and true recipes that you would be willing to have us publish. We think this will be a fun way to share things we love with one another!
This cookbook will be sold as a fundraiser for YouthQuest, a biennial conference and “family reunion” for young people in our denomination, the Brethren in Christ, from all across North America. YouthQuest has been a truly formative event in the lives of many of our students (and some others at Westheights who may not exactly be students any longer!) and provides a unique opportunity to connect as a group of students and leaders. The next YQ will take place December 2012 in Baltimore, MD.
