As most of you know, this past weekend Kim and I and our family celebrated 10 years of ministry at Westheights. I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for your encouragement and affirmation of my ministry with you as your Senior Pastor. 
We have shared many things together over the last 10 years and seen many changes at the church. I believe the Lord has appointed Westheights to be in this community at this point in history to help others find and follow Him. Thank you for your partnership and thank you for your affirmation of my ministry with you.
I was especially touched by your very generous financial gift to our family, and for the beautiful guitar. Worshipping through music has proven to be very replenishing to my spirit, and I am already enjoying my new Stratocaster guitar. Thank you for your kindness.
I look forward to continuing to serve alongside of you over these next years, and am full of expectation of what the Lord is going to do in and through Westheights. You are a wonderful group of people, and I deeply appreciate your caring and generous spirit. It has been an incredible honour being your Senior Pastor. Thank you.
