On Saturday November 5 from 2-4pm, we will be holding a keyboard workshop at Westheights. The instructor for this workshop is Gary Sharpe, worship pastor at Forward Baptist Church in Cambridge. Gary is an excellent keyboard player, with many years of experience in worship music. I am excited to learn more from him myself. 
In his instruction, he will being assuming a basic knowledge of how to form chords and play from a guitar chord chart. I have asked him to cover such topics as how to decide what to play based on those chords, how to make your part fit with the whole band, when to play rhythmically and not, and how to choose what keyboard sounds to use. This workshop is free, and open to anyone who is interested. While an RSVP is not required, if possible please email me if you are planning to come, so I have an idea of how many people to expect.
