The team has landed, with many, many stories to tell and experiences to share. They got a kick out of the friendly sign that greeted them upon arrival!
On the drive home, some of the stories shared included Jason waking up in the middle of the night with a gekko sitting on his forehead; the passerby who leaned into the open window of the group’s van to give Todd a headrub; the half-day disappearance of Liam as he used up most of his nine lives; the questionable facilities and cold showers at the hotel they stayed in; the five love letters Kiana received from an amorous boy; the love and open-armed generosity of the locals; the remarkable testimony of Freddy; and the difficult farewells to all their newfound brothers and sisters.
