The Christian faith has a lot to say about injustice, oppression, poverty, and violence. We, the body of Christ, are called to address the realities of our world – living out the Kingdom of God on earth today. Recognizing this challenge we have been given, you are invited to Inspire Justice Conference, taking place on April 12-13 at Calvary Pentecostal Church in Cambridge, Ontario.

This conference is designed to motivate Christians of all traditions to ignite a passion for God’s justice within our local communities and around the world.

The two-day event will include keynote addresses from Shane Claiborne author of Irresistible Revolution and Jesus for President, and cofounder of The Simple Way, Dr. Tony Campolo of Eastern University and Red Letter Christians, and Dave Toycen, president of World Vision Canada. Workshops, presented by several local and national activists, community leaders and pastors, will focus on a number of current issues including:

  • Modern Slavery with Jaimie McIntosh, International Justice Mission
  • Refugees and New immigrants in Canada with Rick Tobias, Yonge Street Mission
  • HIV and AIDS with Anne-Marie Zajdlik, Bracelets of Hope
