Jenn Wiens’ father, Douglas Tarpley, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 19, 2013. Obituary and memorial details are as follows:
TARPLEY, Douglas George – Peacefully at Mackenzie Health in Richmond Hill on Friday, April 19, 2013 in his 75th year. Beloved husband of Sheila. Dear son of Eileen and the late George. Loving father of Jennifer (Terry). Proud grandfather of Katie, Emylea and Griffin and loving brother of Helen (Bill) and the late Arlene (Paul). He will be greatly missed by many family and friends. A memorial service will be held at the Elgin Mills Visitation Centre, 1591 Elgin Mills Rd. E. (SE corner of Leslie and Elgin Mills), Richmond Hill, on Tuesday, April 23rd at 1 p.m. with visitation one hour prior. In memory of Doug, donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society are greatly appreciated
