Melanie Wigg’s grandmother, Norma Starr of Michigan, passed away suddenly but peacefully early this morning (May 24, 2013). She was 96 years old. We extend our condolences to the Wigg/Starr family at this their time of loss. May they feel God’s peace and comfort.
