Reporting to the Director, Member Services, the Member Information Support Specialist will join a team of Member Services Specialists who are dedicated to providing exemplary service to our internal and external members. The team acts as ambassadors of prompt, courteous service to members, striving to increase member satisfaction with the level of service provided, thereby contributing to MSCU’s corporate image. As the team member with primary responsibility for our member information systems you will accomplish this specifically through your work with the administration and support of our client relationship management system (ACE) through ongoing enhancements.

As the ideal candidate, you will bring a solid understanding and passionate commitment to MSCU’s values, and confidence rooted in financial institution experience. You are able to partner with a variety of individuals; listening to their needs, asking helpful questions and delivering creative solutions. Your ability to build relationships with a variety of internal and external partners means you can better support the organization in accomplishing strategic goals that members expect to see in their values-based credit union. Key Requirements for this position:

  • University/College degree or work-related experience, courses in business, technology, and project management
  • 3 years administrative and financial institution experience
  • Technical experience with client relationship management systems
  • A strong understanding of and commitment to support the co-operative philosophy, as well as MSCU’s core values and Statement of Shared Convictions
