The Betty Albrecht Challenge is an initiative of BIC Canada leadership, her family, and the friends of Betty to raise and invest in church planting in Canada and leadership development and compassion care work in Africa.
We will be conducting a special Betty Albrecht Challenge offering across BIC Canada each spring in 2014 and 2015.
The exciting news is for every $1 given on that Sunday, another $2 has already been committed by the family and friends of Harold and Betty Albrecht and BIC Canada! 75% of all funds raised in The Betty Albrecht Challenge will be used to plant new churches across Canada in these next three years and 25% of all funds raised will be used to partner with the BIC national churches in Malawi and Kenya in order to advance their ministry and mission.
We invite you to accept the Betty Albrecht Challenge – to live and give sacrificially to expand the peace of Jesus Christ across Canada and around the world. You can donate online by clicking here or by placing a donation (with a note designating it for the Betty Albrecht Challenge) in the offering plate at Westheights Church on Sunday, May 4.
