Maggie Swan’s mother, Barbara Swan, of Brantford, Ontario, passed away suddenly. We extend our condolences to Maggie and her daughters, Julia and Lauren. Maggie’s father, John “Jack” Swan, passed away August 6, 2012, almost two years ago to this date. Maggie is comforted that her parents are together again.
May God’s peace be with Maggie, Julia and Lauren as they mourn the loss of a cherished mother and grandmother.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our mom, Barbara on Friday, August 8, 2014.
Predeceased by her husband John of 38 years.
Loving mother of John Jr., Alec and Peg. Devoted “Gramma” to Lauren and Julia. Sister to Lillian Coggins. Daughter of the late Alec and Rachael Gibson. Barb will be remembered fondly by many nieces, friends and family.
Even though our mother left us, we invite those who knew her to celebrate her life and legacy with us at her funeral service in Brantford on Tuesday, August 12th. Interment.
