BUTLER, Edward Clarence – It is with great love and sympathy, that we announce the passing of Edward Clarence Butler at Freeport Health Centre on January 1, 2015, in his 80th year. Ed was born in Montreal, Quebec. Beloved husband of Ba
rbara Parsons for 56 years. Devoted father of Sharon (Art Parsons), Cheryl, Glenda (Ejner Olsen), Andrew (Ping Xing) and “4th” daughter Gurpreet. Grandpa to Krista (Steve), David (Tatjana), Eric, Scott (Samantha), Katie (Ryan), Jessie and Daniel. Great-grandpa to Briella, Naomi, Sophia, Douglas, Lyla and Jaxon. Predeceased by his parents Edward and Mary Butler and a brother Donald. Edward’s family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 from 12:00 p.m. – 12:45 p.m. followed by a funeral service at 1 p.m. in the chapel of the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Interment Williamsburg Cemetery followed by a reception at the funeral home.
