We wanted to let you know that our family is doing great! Mom and Dad have completed their first two weeks of school and they are getting around the city on the bus with very few issues!!
Unfortunately we had a bit of a set back. Recently one of our Syrian Settlement Team members worked hard to obtain bikes for all the family members. This past week however the dad’s and oldest boy’s bikes were stolen. They had been locked up on their apartment property but someone cut the lock and took off with the Dad’s bike and the 10 year old’s bike.
So, we are looking for 2 adult sized bikes to replace the ones that were stolen. They will keep their bikes on their balcony from now on.
