Hey, Parents of SK to Grade 5 kids! We’re hosting a Birthday Party for Jesus this Sunday! Bring your kids in good time (between 10:15 and 10:30) so they don’t miss any of the merry hoopla. And a reminder that as a gift to Jesus, we’re heading next door to Forest Heights Long Term Care Centre to lead 2 worship songs the children have picked – for FHLTCC’s Sunday service – and to deliver small gifts to the residents who attend.
Please be sure to sign a permission form for our field trip – at The Hub Check-In – if you haven’t already! Bring the kids’ coats and boots down, as we’ll be leaving from the lower level back door. Pickup time remains the same: 11:45AM.
We’re expecting a cheery and meaningful visit – not to be confused with our plan for Westheights Students and Kids to lead a service at FHLTCC in the Spring 2017! Beginning in January, we’ll start rehearsals/workshops for worship-leading activities, which we’ll be preparing for that Spring service. Have your kids sign up for Spring service roles, and then keep your eye out for rehearsal schedules!
