A development day experience for young adults between ages 18-25. Wondering if doubt is actually okay to a vibrant faith? Want to discover more in your relationship with God? Not sure how to grow beyond your typical Bible study and routine prayer or devos? Hear some hard-won wisdom from a few folks who are a little further along the path and get your questions answered!
We believe that when people discover their unique God-given gifts, find ways to develop them in a safe setting, and follow where Jesus leads, we experience the FLOW we were designed for.
Every session prioritizes experiential learning in leadership development and spiritual formation, and is tailored for emerging Christian leaders. You’ll meet new friends and have a blast doing it. There are four development days focusing on spiritual formation and leadership development; come to one or come to all.
The cost is only $20/session and includes access to high caliber seasoned leaders, take-home materials, peer networking & support, snacks and a full lunch. (Note: people serving in BIC Churches or ministries get in for free.) Scholarships are available if needed.
