Thanks to each of you who completed the Pastoral survey; 85 people filled in the survey. Your responses were thoughtful, honest and enlightening. The survey results will be used to generate a profile of what the next Lead Pastor’s capabilities should be. In the meantime, the Pastoral Committee has finalized the Westheights Lead Pastor job posting and BIC Canada has published it on their website.
