As you know, we are in the process of finding a Lead Pastor for Westheights Church. If you haven’t already done so, please read our previous blog updates. The Pastoral Committee recently had a second interview with one of the candidates.
At our discernment meeting this past Wednesday, it was determined that both parties mutually felt that we were not an appropriate fit for each other.
As such, the Lead Pastor position will be re-posted on the BIC Canada website and also posted in a few other online locations and the pastoral search continues.
We know that God already has the right Lead Pastor for Westheights Church and we trust His timing and plans for us. We ask for your continued prayers during this search.
