THE HOLY SPIRIT
Acts 1:8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.
Acts 2:1-4 When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place. Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them.
GROWING IN THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT
1. Allow Jesus to teach you about the Holy Spirit
John 14:16 And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever.
2. Ask God to help you grow in your experience with the Spirit
Luke 11:13 If you then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!
SPIRITUAL GIFTS SCRIPTURES
Romans 12:6-8 We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is PROPHESYING, then prophesy in accordance with your faith; if it is SERVING, then serve; if it is TEACHING, then teach; if it is to ENCOURAGE, then give encouragement; if it is GIVING, then give generously; if it is to LEAD, do it diligently; if it is to show MERCY, do it cheerfully.
1 Corinthians 12:8-10 To one there is given through the Spirit a message of WISDOM, to another a message of KNOWLEDGE by means of the same Spirit, to another FAITH by the same Spirit, to another gifts of HEALING by that one Spirit, to another MIRACULOUS powers, to another PROPHECY, to another DISTINGUISHING BETWEEN SPIRITS, to another speaking in different kinds of TONGUES, and to still another the INTERPRETATION of tongues.
1 Corinthians 12:28 And God has placed in the church first of all APOSTLES, second PROPHETS, third TEACHERS, then MIRACLES, then gifts of HEALING, of HELPING, of GUIDANCE, and of different kinds of TONGUES.
Ephesians 4:11 So Christ himself gave the APOSTLES, the PROPHETS, the EVANGELISTS, the PASTORS and TEACHERS…
1 Peter 4:11 If anyone SPEAKS, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God. If anyone SERVES, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen.

1. Ask God to make clear how the Holy Spirit has gifted you
2. Ask yourself “What do I enjoy doing?”
3. Ask others how they think the Holy Spirit has gifted you
