This year’s Jr High retreat is taking place in a brand new venue – Camp Kahquah! The retreat registration deadline is quickly approaching (September 27th) but we need to have our Westheights kids’ registrations in by September 24th in order to arrange transportation. The retreat is taking place up at Camp Kahquah on October 4th – 6th.
Registration is happening through the Camp Kahquah Website. Registration is now open and you can head over and register here. Cost of transportation is extra (see below).
In addition to registering at and paying to Camp Kahquah, you will also need to fill out a Westheights Waiver, which includes information on transportation, and confirms that you have registered and paid through the Kahquah website (otherwise we won’t know you have registered your student).

Registration: Camp Kahquah Website. Online – pay $113 directly to Camp Kahquah. Cost of registration includes two nights’ accommodations, four meals, all activities, and snacks
Transportation: Extra $30, cash or cheque (made out to Westheights Community Church) should be given to Christina Main, Westheights Director of Student Ministries.
Depart: 3:45pm by bus on Friday, October 4th
Return: late afternoon on Sunday, October 6th
Things We’ll Be Doing: crafts, high ropes, canoeing, hiking, volleyball, worship, and much more!
