Happy Friday Westheights,
Last week I had the opportunity to “attend” a conversation between Bruxy Cavey and Andy Stanley called “How Centering of Jesus Changes Everything”. As I listened to this conversation I found myself saying “this is sooo good” repeatedly and making notes on a scrap piece of paper. If you are looking for something to inspire and challenge you as a follower of Jesus, I would encourage you to watch this video (the conversation starts at approximately 6:45 in).

“Guest” Speaker
This Sunday we will be taking a break from our current teaching series to hear from our own Terry Wiens. Terry’s message is entitled “Responsible Interpretation” and is a practical message that will help us read and understand our Bibles better.
Send us a Picture!
One of the things that we all miss about meeting together is the sense of community we have from seeing one another. While we know it isn’t the same, we are thinking it would be fun to be able to show some pictures of our church family in an upcoming service – as a way of jogging our memory. And so we are hoping that you will snap a picture of you and your family – whoever you are watching the service with – and email it to office@westheights.org. We are looking for as many pictures as we can get, of as many people as we can, to help us have a sense that we aren’t alone during this time. Pictures are due by January 26!
Prayer Requests
If you would have something that you would like us to pray for, email your prayer request to prayerrequest@westheights.org. Prayer requests will be forwarded to Westheights folks who have expressed a desire to support us in prayer. If you would like to receive these prayer requests please email office@westheights.org and we will add you to the distribution list.
