Westheights Weekly Email Newsletter Changes A-Coming
As we look at our online communication processes as a church, we’re working on improving our newsletter and what shows up in your email inbox.
Starting July 3rd, these emails will be merged into one Westheights Newsletter. Sundays at 6am, you can look forward to one email that will share our Westheights Youtube Channel Link, Latest News, Special Events, etc. This will not affect the Students & Kids Ministry newsletters.

Father’s Day
This Sunday is Father’s Day! If you haven’t already started, think of this as your reminder to start thinking about ways to celebrate the father and father figures in your life!
Celebrating the Ordination of Shannon Cook
In our service on Sunday June 26th we have the privilege of witnessing and celebrating the ordination of Shannon Cook. Shannon is the Chaplain at Forest Heights Long Term Care and has recently received credentials from the Be In Christ Church of Canada. Shannon has been attending Westheights since the fall of 2021.
National Indigenous Peoples Day – June 21
This Tuesday, June 21, is National Indigenous Peoples Day. As you’re looking for potential ways to celebrate it, Sarah has compiled a list of ideas. You can read it here.

We’ve created a playlist of current worship songs that the Worship Team may play on a Sunday. Feel free to listen on Spotify by clicking here.
Office Hours
Our office hours are Tuesday-Thursday 10am-3pm. If possible please call ahead in case we’ve stepped out of the portable.
Prayer Requests
If you would have something that you would like us to pray for, email your prayer request to prayerrequest@westheights.org. Prayer requests will be forwarded to Westheights folks who have expressed a desire to support us in prayer. If you would like to receive these prayer requests please email office@westheights.org and we will add you to the distribution list.
