The KW MCC Thrift Shop Board is looking for a Treasurer and other Board roles. The Board oversees Waterloo Generations and Kitchener MCC Thrift Shops. The volunteer treasurer position requires basic book keeping knowledge. Other roles are also available. Give a gift of leadership. Sign up now for The Food Bank of Waterloo Region’s 2011 Thanksgiving Food Drive Bag Handout!
The Food Bank is looking for volunteers to help hand out food drive bags at local grocery stores in Kitchener and Waterloo. Shifts are 2 hours in length. There are 2 volunteers per entrance needed (depending on the store). You can volunteer with a friend, brother, sister or parent. This is a great opportunity for families to volunteer together. Corn Roast: Volunteers Needed

The Corn Roast is coming up on Sept. 10th and as always we need a group of volunteers to help make everything happen. There’s all sorts of areas to help out including cookers, kid’s program, transportation and set-up, and of course some corn huskers.
