If you are intending to join us at the Double Decker Event in two weekends (Nov 26-27), Junior Highs, or the Operation Christmas Child Warehouse next Thursday, Senior Highs, we must have your orange WSM Contact Info and Waiver form in! We will have hard copies of these forms available this Sunday morning (find Tom or Gillian Fenske if you need one), but the form can also be downloaded by clicking on the link below. We began handing these forms out in September, and many of you have gotten them in, but many of you haven’t. If you print it yourself, unfortunately, the form is not guaranteed on be on that snazzy orange paper, but that’s a risk we’re willing to take. 🙂
If you are bringing friends to either of these events, please make sure that their parents or guardians have also signed a form.
