Westheights Church donates and assembles hygiene kits for Mennonite Central Committee every December at Project Give. Due to multiple situations of crisis around the world, MCC’s inventory is depleted. As a result, MCC urgently needs 8,000 hygiene kits.
You can help! Bring much-needed hygiene kit supplies to church by Sunday, March 22. Westview House Church will then assemble and deliver the completed kits to Mennonite Central Committee at the end of March.
Any and all donations of the following items will be very much appreciated (no toothpaste donations please). Please bring these new items, in original packaging:
- Adult-size toothbrushes
- Large bars of bath soap
- Fingernail clippers (good quality)
- Hand towels (dark colour, approximately 38 cm x 64 cm / 15 in x 25 in)
Please give donations to Jennifer King, Mimi Lee, Doug Braun or Carol Westfall by Sunday, March 22. Alternatively, drop donations off to the church during office hours (M-F, 9am-3pm).
