I am confident that Sunday will be one of most exciting services of 2015. Eight people are taking their spiritual “next step” and being baptized in our morning service. At the baptism preparation class I listened as each person shared of their motivation to take this step of faith and it was so wonderful to hear of how God is working in people’s lives. I know from experience it will be a very beautiful service for all who attend and hear the testimonies from those who desire to obey God and take this step of commitment.
Due to the length of the service there will be no formal sermon on Sunday but I will talk about why we baptize in the way that we do in the BIC.
