At this fun and lively outdoor event, there’s something for everybody in the family – live music, a charity run, children’s entertainment and activities, fantastic homemade food of all kinds including the annual favourite fresh strawberry pie, sales of outdoor plants for your garden and unique household decor for your home, and so much more!
The New Hamburg Mennonite Relief Sale (www.nhmrs.com) is less than two weeks away (Friday, May 29 and Saturday, May 30)! Pack up your travel mugs, water bottles and your rhubarb (to donate to the Rhubarb Tent) and take in the Indoors Auction (Fri evening) and Outdoors Auction (Sat morning) and a slew of other wonderful activities.
This event is run exclusively by volunteers (around 2,000!) and all profits go directly to the work of Mennonite Central Committee (that’s where the “function” comes in).
