I love the summer. I love the smell of sunscreen, the sticky feeling of ice cream on your fingers, and even the heat. I’m a summer guy.
But it’s easy to get disconnected over the summer. People scuttle off to cottages, kids get summer jobs or go to camp, and people go away on vacations. It can feel like ages since you’ve seen people.
That’s why we’ve got lots of stuff happening over the summer for Jr. and Sr. High students to stay connected! Pool parties to informal times hanging out with your small group, we’re hoping the summer becomes a great time to spend more time together.
The Pool Parties are on the following Wednesdays:
- July 8th
- July 29th
- August 12th

Also, if you’re starting Grade 6 in the fall or moving up to high school from Grade 8, we’d love to see you this summer! These events are a great way to make some new friends and get to know our awesome leaders.
