Happy Friday, Westheights! As we continue to conduct our services online, let me encourage each of us to look for opportunities to connect with each other on our own. With the warmth of summer here and with gatherings of up to 10 being permitted (following physical distancing guidelines of course), this is a great opportunity for some creative visits with some Westheights friends we haven’t seen in a while!
1. An Expression of Love and Solidarity for Nicaragua
Our Church Board has decided to send a one-time donation on behalf of Westheights Church, to support the Nicaraguan BIC churches in their time of need. However, we know that Nicaragua is close to many of your hearts so we want to also provide you the opportunity to give individually, if this is something you feel called to do. 2. Virtual Foyer
This Sunday we are once again having a virtual foyer by using Zoom so that we can see and say “hi” to one another after the service. To join in right after this Sunday’s service, simply click this link. If you aren’t set up with Zoom yet, we recommend that you click on the link and set things up before Sunday.
