This Sunday we will be wrapping up our summer teaching series that has been focused on the book of 1st John. If you have missed any of these messages, you can find them on our podcasts or on our YouTube channel.
One of the themes in 1st John is the importance of knowing Jesus. To help us in this journey, you are invited to join Brian in an online daily devotional called “Paying Ridiculous Attention to Jesus” that starts on Tuesday September 8th (click here to sign up).
In case you haven’t participated in one of these online studies before, it is pretty simple. Sign-up using the link above, and complete the devotional and scripture reading when it is convenient for you each day. If you wish, you can leave a comment at the end that others can see and interact with.

A Toast to Mimi!
This week Mimi finished her time as our administrator after nearly 21 years on the job. In that time she has been a part of so much of what we do here at Westheights and has impacted many of our lives. To show our appreciation to Mimi, we are asking you to send us a video toast of appreciation to office@westheights.org by Tuesday September 15th (note: use wetransfer.com to send large video files to us). Our plan is to give Mimi a compilation of your words to her and to use a few in our service in a few weeks.

We are working towards our first in-person church service being Sunday October 11th. To help us as we plan, we would appreciate it if you filled out this survey. Survey closes Tuesday September 8th at noon.
