Young Adults – Giant Games Event

Christmas & Advent
Stay tuned for a Christmas Letter coming out in the newsletter/blog this Sunday, November 21st at 1pm with more details on Westheights’ plans for the Christmas season. Below is a quick preview of some of the items:
Advent Devotionals – The BIC produced an excellent Advent Devotional for up. Starting on Monday November 29, these daily readings will invite us to reflect on this season’s significance and prepare our hearts to celebrate Jesus’ birth. Find digital/printable version here. A limited supply of hardcopy versions available in the church foyer startingNovember 21.
Advent Devotion Facebook Group – We have set up a Facebook group where we will post the daily Advent reading and where we can discuss the reading together. We hope that you will join us!
Advent Prayer Meeting – You are invited to a virtual prayer meeting on Saturday December 4th at 10am. This prayer time will be held online via Zoom using this link. Participants will be invited to share prayer requests and Pastor Terry will have some prayer items submitted by others, along with some prayer ideas focused on Advent and Christmas.
Anniversary & Communion Service
Our Anniversary Sunday is coming up on November 28. If you haven’t read Pastor Josh’s letter yet, click here. We will be including communion in our service. For those attending via Westheights@home, If you wish to participate, please have bread and juice with you.

To register your kids for Westheights Kids@82, please register here by Sunday at 8:30AM. Parents, if the small group is full, please use the “wait list” so we know that your child was interesting in attending.

To register for Westheights@82, please register here by Sunday at 9:30AM or leave a phone message (519-741-1986 extension 802) on our general office voicemail to register. Please call on Wednesday or Thursday so someone sees your voicemail during office hours.
Unfortunately we are subject to capacity limitations. When our registration is full, you will have the option to sign-up for the “wait list”. We will contact those on the waitlist if there are cancellations and capacity opens up.

For those who wish to enjoy our service from the comfort of home (or wherever you happen to be), you will continue to find us on YouTube. Attendees are encouraged to join in on the chat conversation.
Prayer Requests
If you would have something that you would like us to pray for, email your prayer request to prayerrequest@westheights.org. Prayer requests will be forwarded to Westheights folks who have expressed a desire to support us in prayer. If you would like to receive these prayer requests please email office@westheights.org and we will add you to the distribution list.
